1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting checkout, downloading Claryve, or using any Claryve service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Claryve on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Claryve.
2. What Claryve provides
Claryve is a live desktop AI copilot for interviews, meetings, conversations, and screen-based work. It can capture audio, transcribe speech, analyze screenshots or files you provide, assemble context, and stream AI responses through Claryve-managed infrastructure.
Claryve is a productivity tool. It does not replace your judgment, professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or responsibility for what you say or do while using the product.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Some features require an active Claryve Pro subscription. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Claryve lawfully and responsibly. You may not use Claryve to harm others, violate privacy rights, interfere with systems, reverse engineer protected services, bypass billing, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.
You are responsible for complying with interview, workplace, meeting, recording, and consent rules that apply to your situation. If a call, interview, or meeting requires disclosure or consent before recording or transcription, you are responsible for obtaining it.
- Do not use Claryve for illegal surveillance, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, spam, malware, or fraud.
- Do not submit sensitive data unless you have the right to use it with Claryve.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, resell, or abuse Claryve-managed infrastructure.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, transcripts, screenshots, files, messages, notes, and other content you provide to Claryve. You grant Claryve the limited rights needed to process that content, operate the product, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law.
Claryve stores core desktop conversation history locally on your device. Managed AI and speech requests are routed through Claryve back-end services when you use cloud-backed features.
6. AI outputs
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or communicating it to others.
Claryve is designed to help you organize your own thoughts and context. It should not be used to misrepresent your experience, credentials, identity, or qualifications.
7. Billing and subscriptions
Payments, taxes, subscription management, invoices, cancellation, and related billing portal flows are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider.
Claryve Pro is billed at $20.00/month in USD. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an active subscription through the billing portal when portal access is available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If the Refund Policy conflicts with these terms on refund handling, the Refund Policy controls for that issue.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Claryve reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network issues, account problems, or events outside our control.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The updated version applies when posted, unless a longer notice period is required by law.
