Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains how Claryve handles subscription cancellations, refund requests, duplicate charges, technical issues, and billing mistakes.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Overview

Claryve Pro is a subscription product. Paid access begins after checkout is completed and the subscription is confirmed. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal when portal access is available.

Claryve Pro is billed at $20.00/month. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds are not automatic. We review refund requests case by case using the rules below and the billing records available from our payment provider.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you did not receive meaningful value from Claryve or if the product materially failed to work for your account.

Renewals are generally non-refundable, but we may make exceptions for duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or confirmed billing errors.

3. Eligible refund reasons

We are more likely to approve a refund when there is a clear billing or access problem that we can verify.

  • Duplicate charge for the same account and billing period.
  • Checkout completed but Claryve Pro access was not activated after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • A confirmed billing-provider error or incorrect subscription state.
  • A material product failure reported within the refund window.

4. Non-refundable cases

We usually do not provide refunds for ordinary subscription renewal charges, unused time after cancellation, dissatisfaction reported after the refund window, account misuse, violations of the Terms of Service, or issues caused by unsupported devices, networks, third-party outages, or user-controlled configuration.

If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period unless the billing portal or checkout terms say otherwise.

5. How to request a refund

Email claryve+hello@goresolvr.com with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address on your Claryve account, approximate charge date, charge amount, and a short description of the issue.

Do not include full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or sensitive interview content in your refund request.

6. Processing

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside Claryve's control.

Taxes, foreign exchange differences, card fees, and payment-provider fees may affect the final amount returned where permitted by law and provider rules.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as pricing, plan structure, checkout behavior, or legal requirements change. The posted policy applies to refund requests made after it is published unless law requires otherwise.
